My meeting with Christ

Some 20 years ago, while I was being taken to jail, pastor Tom placed a Gideon New Testament in my jeans pocket, while in the back of a paddy wagon. I was not interested in God or Jesus at all. On arrival at the jail, I was given greens and my clothes and belongings were placed in a personal locker. The boss asked me what was in my pocket. He took it and said, “You can keep this.”
