For Christians living in Pakistan, it is extremely dangerous and difficult to make it from one day to the next. Believers are under constant persecution in nearly every region. The laws of the country permit freedom of religion, however toleration of Christians is not widely practiced. And though Gideon presence and activity in Pakistan is small, it is persistent.

Pray for Pakistan
Please pray for the people of Pakistan. They are struggling to recover from the worst flooding in recorded history. Current estimates indicate that twenty million people are suffering, and in need, from the destruction.
Only a small number of the population has been provided food, water and emergency shelter. Death toll estimates range from 1,300 to 1,600 people. The U.N.’s children’s agency has indicated that 3.5 million children are at high risk of deadly waterborne diseases.
